Hewitech développe des conceptions de produit adaptées au processus, hautement performants pour des garnissages structurés à la fois pour les installations d'absorption (laveurs chimiques & physiques) que pour les installations de désorption, les dénommées installations de stripage. En étroite collaboration avec nos clients, des réacteurs à lit percolateurs et des filtres biologiques ont été posés et installés.
Avec notre équipe nous préconisons une sélection de matériel à utiliser, ainsi que le conditionnement de l’emballage et l’efficacité d’un système de distribution de fluides.
Un processus de haute fiabilité est garantie grâce aux résistances à la pression élevées et à la conception spécifique de nos emballages garantissant une distribution régulière de fluide lors du chargement des liquides.

Features
High-performance trickle fill installations are characterised by their high mechanical strength.
This strength is determined by two special factors, on the one hand by the mechanical and extremely stable connection technology and on the other hand by the specially structured fill design.The thick edges of the fill show significantly higher strengths compared to fills produced from a far outdated flat film construction.
The CF-12 circular fill can be produced in almost any strength class up to 80 kg / m³, so that, depending on the customer's requirements, the optimum design is available to suit the application. Particular attention is paid to environmental compatibility (solvent-free), simple and stable processing (welding of up to 250 spot welds) through our own welding technology as well as adhering to every fire protection requirement.
This special type of fill can be supplied in two different design variants.
V (single directin change of air/water to an installation height of 600 mm) or
VV (tripple direction change of air/water to an installation height of 600 mm).
The welding machines which we developed enable us to process individual fills which are suitable for permanent use as well as on construction site production.
Due to the optimised fill design with a free volume > 97%, these fills can be used for very clean and slightly contaminated water qualities.
Areas of application are cooling towers, agricultural applications, wastewater applications as well as highly complex mass transfer processes.
